Customer Response Team Executive - Johnsons Head Office

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to join our existing friendly team.

You will be responsible for dealing with both online sales enquiries and answering incoming sales calls for our multi franchise group. This will include: maintaining an awareness of relevant consumer influences, maintaining sufficient knowledge of our offers and services and be able to answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for contacting our existing finance customers in the attempt to redirect them into the dealership as valued repeat business.

Previous experience is not required, although a passion for maintaining high standards in a fast paced environment is. You’ll need confidence and great communication skills to quickly build rapport to ensure our customers have their enquiries dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
