Dedicated Staff

Few Fleet departments allocate resource specifically for the broker market. We have dedicated sales staff with extensive knowledge on not only current deals, but also lead times and availability. In addition we also have broker support staff, providing you with the reassurance that there will always be someone available to answer you calls and emails.


We understand that having available cars is one of the biggest challenges, especially when there are excellent headline rentals. As such, we pride ourselves on having exceptionally good stock levels of a variety of models, in addition we can be quite creative in trying to find a suitable solution if the car your customer wants is not available.


We have recently invested in a new computer system which will house all of our orders, irrespective on brand. This means that every single member of our staff has visibility of every car you have on order. This will not only save time if you call for an update, but also means you can have one status report for all cars on order with Johnsons Fleet Services.


Wherever possible, we will run quotes for you over the phone, or by return email. We appreciate that speed of response is another crucial element to providing you with the tools enabling a prompt response to your customers.


We are proactive in ensuring you know about the best offers currently available from manufactures, in conjunction with available stock. Wherever possible we identify models that are plentiful, and use every available resource to find a competitive rate on that model .
