Are you eligible?

To be eligible for the Johnsons Motability car scheme you must be receiving either and higher rate mobility component of the disability living allowance, or a War pensioners mobility supplement.

If you are considering taking a car through the Motability Contract Hire scheme then all you need to make sure is that you have at least 12 months’ award length remaining.

If you’re looking into hire purchase, you need to be receiving the allowance for the full length of your agreement.

Don’t Drive?

Do not worry, non- drivers can get a car as a passenger and propose two other suitable people as drivers.

Don’t forget that parents and carers can also apply on behalf of a child.
