Johnsons SEAT Liverpool celebrates Motability Scheme award

We are delighted to announce that Johnsons SEAT Liverpool has been named ‘Dealership of the Year’ in the 80-200 handover category at the Motability Scheme 2019 Dealer Awards. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach, and were thrilled to receive this national award, which honours exceptional service provided to customers of the Motability Car Scheme throughout 2018.

The prestigious Motability Scheme 2019 Dealer Awards programme rewards best practice and ensures customers receive exemplary customer service across the nationwide car dealer network. Prizes were available across 11 categories – the awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the Motability Scheme to customers, and are assessed by customer feedback and reviews of their Motability performance.

Simon Foulkes, Dealer Development Manager at Motability Operations Ltd, explains: “We are extremely proud of the achievements all our winners, including Johnsons SEAT Liverpool, have achieved. The annual awards allow us to thank dealers for providing consistently positive customer service, highlighting those who are doing it well and encouraging others to do the same. It is a testament to the outstanding standard, professional approach, and expert knowledge of Johnsons SEAT Liverpool that they have been recognised as a winning dealership – congratulations to them for their well-deserved 2019 Dealer Award.”

Celebrating the win, Peter McWilliams, Dealer Principal at Johnsons SEAT Liverpool, commented: “We are thrilled that the high standards of our service and knowledge of the Motability Scheme have been recognised by the 2019 Dealer Awards. The team are really proud to receive this accolade and we look forward to continuing our award-winning approach to customer service in the current year. As a team we are proud to be part of a great dealer group representing an amazing brand.”
