Volkswagen Win Contract to Supply
Volkswagen has won a contract to supply commercial dishwasher supplier, Winterhalter, an entire service fleet of 47 vehicles, consisting of Caddy Maxi, Transporter and Crafter vans.
Winterhalter designs and manufactures commercial dishwashing systems for the catering and hospitality industry, and the vans will be used in its national service operation network.
“We operate a 96% first time fix service for our customers so vehicle reliability was very important in our purchasing decision, and as a German manufacturer we were pleased to find a German van brand that could meet our standards,” said Jason Mackay, operations director at Winterhalter.
