We require an Account Manager for our very busy Central Fleet Sales Office, based in Tamworth.
Roles and responsibilities;
Highest levels of customer services, maintaining existing relationships with both our customers and also Lease Companies.
Quoting purchase prices for new vehicles and chasing up orders.
Ordering of Vehicles from various manufacturers ordering systems.
Dealing with questions on vehicle specifications and options.
This is an office-based role.You will be spending your days communicating with customers and lease companies via telephone, email and bespoke online systems.This position is part sales based and part administration as you will have a part in the customers journey from initial quotation, through ordering and update on progress right the way until a customers vehicle is ready for delivery.
The Ideal candidate will
Be self-motivated to achieve results as part of a team but also able to think for themselves.
Although training will be given in all systems, great IT skills would be a key advantage.
Motor trade experience is not essential, but a basic knowledge of vehicle makes and models would be a good start.This role would suit someone with experience in dealing with customers on a daily basis whether it be in a sales, administration or customer service setting.
