F&I Manager (Volkswagen, SEAT & Skoda)

We require an F&I Manager of the highest calibre to join the Group in order to support our Volkswagen, SEAT and Skoda dealerships which number 16 in total and are located between the Midlands and the North West of England.

We offer a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable track record in Group and/or Divisional F&I Management.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the F&I Operations for the VW, SEAT and Skoda brands
  • Maximise profitability through the sale of F&I and additional products
  • Growing the F&I performance of the division
  • Achieving Divisional, Manufacturer and Finance provider budgets and volume targets
  • Monitor and manage adherence to the groups Sales Process and FCA compliance
  • Provide regular and accurate F&I performance reports to Group Management
  • Hold monthly reviews with Retail Managers to analyse individual site performance
  • Carry out regular F&I coaching with Retail Managers and Sales Executives
  • Work closely with management teams to address individual site under performance
  • Assist with the recruitment selection and onboarding of new Retail Managers
  • Negotiate finance packages and volume targets with VWG finance providers
  • Select and implement new products providing additional opportunities for growth
  • To ensure full compliance the requirements of the FCA

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organised. You must be used to working in a competitive and process driven environment and possess excellent communication, administration and customer handling skills.
