We require an Administrator for our busy Fleet Workshop based in Tamworth. We offer a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable track record within the automotive franchise industry.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Keeping track of vehicle deliveries due in and notifying relevant departments of vehicles arrival.
• Preparing paperwork for vehicle arrival such as job cards and workshop invoices.
• Keeping track of extra work required and keeping track of vehicles leaving site for additional work.
• Preparing paperwork for vehicles leaving for final delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate will be confident with various computer software and confident in learning new systems and most importantly have an eye for detail and accuracy.

While not essential experience, in a vehicle dealership or a knowledge of vehicles makes and models would be an advantage.

Hours are Monday to Friday, part or full time dependent on the successful candidate.
