We require a Sales Administrator of the highest calibre to join our busy office at our Volkswagen Dealership in Birmingham. We offer a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate an aptitude to learn and a keenness to develop a rewarding career within the Automotive industry.
You will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are ordered, taxed, the use of AFRL, invoiced & paperwork ready, to be delivered to customers ensuring that the customer’s expectations of the dealership are met in relation to the level of service they receive.
The ideal candidate will:
Good administration skills along with an excellent telephone manner are essential.
Minimum 12 months experience of working in an office environment with good computer skills.
