We are very pleased to announce that our Fleet Services team have come out on top at the 2019 Automotive Management Awards.
Over the 10 years since we started our fleet offering, we have seen this service grow from zero to 8,500 units, and represent more than a quarter of all the cars we sell. Since 2013, 98.8% of our customers have given us a satisfaction score of nine or 10 out of 10 upon delivery of their vehicle.
“When a fleet customer enters our showroom, we believe they should not be treated any differently to a retail customer. Beyond the initial enquiry, however, it is then vital that they have access to the fleet expertise required to ensure they make a fully informed decision,” said Louise Baker, Head of Fleet Operations at Johnsons Fleet Services.
We also have a generous reward system that helps us to deliver the best possible experience. Further to this, we also make handovers a key part of our service – we supply each car with seat and steering wheel covers so that you get to truly be the first person to fully enjoy the car that you’ve ordered.
To extend our offering, we will also be opening a new 10-acre fleet preparation centre that will be able to handle 15,000 vehicles per year.
