The Focus Style has been treated to a brand-new interior design, which has been crafted to make space a priority. This stylish hatchback’s fresh interior makes the most of every aspect, from the front leg room to the boot. The rear seats split 60/40 and fold down to provide generous luggage space – meaning that wherever your next journey takes you, the Focus Style will be prepared to carry the luggage. There’s also an adjustable load floor in the boot, which can be lowered to increase space or raised to create a handy hidden storage compartment. There’s also generous head and leg room for all occupants, meaning that even your tallest friend will travel in comfort.
The Focus Style has been packed full of innovative safety features which are designed to protect both you and your passengers – plus other drivers, cyclists and pedestrians, too. Ford have made safety a priority in their latest release of their bestselling Focus model, including active safety technology such as Pre-Collision Assist with Autonomous Emergency Braking and Pedestrian and Cyclist Detection, which alerts the driver of potential collisions and applies the brakes automatically if you don’t react in time. There is also Lane-Keeping Aid with Lane-Departure Warning to assist you when driving on motorways or dual carriageways.
Power with efficiency
In addition to its stylish looks, the Focus Style is
available with a range of powerful and highly fuel-efficient engines, all
complemented by 8-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmissions. Being the
improved efficiency isn’t just confined to under the bonnet – the exterior of
the car has also been redesigned to make it more aerodynamic. The Ford EcoBoost
petrol engines now feature cylinder deactivation, which shuts off a cylinder
when torque demand is low, such as on a motorway. The Ford EcoBlue diesel
engines also improve fuel efficiency, are more responsive and are also quieter
than ever before.
