"At the beginning of March I had purchase a new Jeep Renegade Night Eagle from your dealership, based in Swindon. I had originally queried information on the Renegade at my local Jeep dealership in Cardiff. However, I found the sales representative, at Cardiff, very unprofessional and unhelpful in his response.

After the dissatisfaction received from the Cardiff branch it nearly put me off purchasing a new vehicle. In result I decided I would not purchase a vehicle from the Cardiff dealership and decided to call the next nearest Jeep dealership - based in Swindon.

From my initial phone call I had spoken with Emma Mcardle, straight away I was very much more impressed with the level of professionalism. Emma was very welcoming and helpful in response to my questions. In addition, Emma proved confident and knowledgeable regarding the different models/ prices you were able to offer.

I would have to apologize for the delay on writing this email, as I have been tied up with work. However, Emma's hard work did not go unnoticed - I am very grateful for her assistance and manner throughout the whole purchase process.

"Great customer service!

I was looking for a used Jeep Renegade. I had had great experience with Westover Jeep in Christchurch a year before, bought a Cherokee from them but 60miles away from where I live. I decided to go into the Reading Jeep dealer first. After looking at all the stock (on my own and in the rain, having been ignored by the staff) I went back into the showroom, the salesman ignored me until another couple came in then briefly asked me what I wanted, I told him I wanted a second hand Renegade and I wanted to go through the price list and mileage (bearing in mind I had just looked at the stock and not all of it was priced). He told me to go look at the website then turned to the couple; I left in disgust.

I decided to go to TH White in Swindon. Totally different experience. I was met by a receptionist who took me directly to a salesman. We discussed what I wanted, he showed me the list (mileage, price etc), organized a test drive, we negotiated, 3 days later I picked up my Renegade!"
