Fiat unveil concept electric car

To mark their 120th anniversary, Fiat have unveiled the Fiat Concept Centoventi at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show – a new milestone for the Italian manufacturer.

This concept perfectly expresses the brand’s idea of electric mobility in the near future, while also showcasing the bold design ethos and 120 years of history and experience – this explains the name, which translates to ‘One Hundred and Twenty’.

Fundamentally this car is a blank canvas, ready to be painted to suit the customer’s tastes and needs, and also comes without customisation restrictions linked to the time of their purchase. It will only be produced in one colour and you will then people able to personalise it using the 4U program; this will give you a choice of four roofs, four bumpers, four wheel covers and four external wrappings, truly allowing your personality to shine through.

This personalisation is one of the cars strongest points; no longer will you have to wait for a new special edition or facelift to come out to find the perfect model for you, as you’ll be able to change your car as and when you like.

The interior follows the same principle as it’s totally reconfigurable and can accommodate up to four people. A ‘plug and play’ concept can easily be spotted when you take you seat – the dashboard comes with small holes where you can insert a variety of different components of any shape and function, thanks to the patented interlocking mounting system.

In the door panels you’ll be able to see a similar approach as these are totally customisable with flat surfaces and a minimal design, so they can be fitted with storage pockets, bottle holders and audio speakers when required.

Does this sounds like it could be the perfect model to let your personality shine through? Well, we certainly can’t wait to get our hands on it! Keep your eyes peeled for more updates in regards to this vehicle…
