Q1 Which models are included in the offer?
Fabia Hatch, Kamiq, Karoq, Kodiaq, Scala, Superb and Octavia models are all included in the offer – the only exception being that SE Technology trim is NOT included

Q2 How much money do I get?
Fabia Hatch, Kamiq, Karoq, Scala and Octavia customers will receive £500
Kodiaq and Superb customers will receive £750

Q3 How do I get the money?
Upon the completion of the sale of your car, your retailer will gain your permission to send your personal details to Skoda UK
Skoda UK will validate the claim and the details will be passed to Blackhawk Network (BHN).
BHN will send you an email with an invitation to complete your claim – upon completion, a prepaid Mastercard® will be posted to your home address

Q4 What card will I be issued?
You will receive a physical prepaid Mastercard® with the relevant amount already loaded on the card

Q5 How do I start using my card?
Before you use the card, you will need to activate it online – details on how to activate your card will be included in the letter attached to your card

Q6 Where can I use my card?
Your card can be used to purchase fuel at stations across the UK where Mastercard® is accepted – you cannot use the card to withdraw cash from an ATM or at pay at pumps

Q7 Can I use contactless or do I always have to use the PIN when using the card?
Your card is a chip and PIN card, so you will need to enter the PIN number when completing the transaction.

Q8 How do I get the PIN for my card?
Your PIN will be accessed from your on-line account – full details are included in the letter which will accompany your new card

Q9 What happens if I lose my card?
If you think you have lost your card or had it stolen, please get in touch with us straight away via info@purecard.com or calling 0344 800 6435*

Q10 Can I top up my card with additional funds?
No – the card is single use only – once the funds have been used up, the card is no longer valid.

Q11 What happens to unused funds after 12 months?
The funds on the card are available to you up to the Expiry Date stated on the front of your card. Once the card expires, any remaining funds on the card will no longer be available to you
