After being shortlisted as a finalist for the Fleet Dealer of the Year award by FleetNews earlier in the year, Johnsons Fleet Service went on to win the award.
Johnsons were crowned the winner at the 2020 Fleet News Awards in London on 11th March.This was the 5th time that Johnsons Fleet Services had been nominated in just as many years. No other dealership group has achieved this continued success. This success has been topped now that they have also won the award in 2020.

This news came just after Johnsons Cars acquired 4 new Volkswagen dealerships in Liverpool, Warrington, Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford. The acquisition has also lead to the acquisition and extension of Johnsons Fleet Services to further extend operations in the North West.
In 2019 our Fleet Services team come out on top at the 2019 Automotive Management Awards.
Over the 10 years since we started our fleet offering, we have seen this service grow from zero to 8,500 units, and represent more than a quarter of all the cars we sell. Since 2013, 98.8% of our customers have given us a satisfaction score of nine or 10 out of 10 upon delivery of their vehicle.

We also have a generous reward system that helps us to deliver the best possible experience. Further to this, we also make handovers a key part of our service – we supply each car with seat and steering wheel covers so that you get to truly be the first person to fully enjoy the car that you’ve ordered.
To extend our offering, we will also be opening a new 10-acre fleet preparation centre that will be able to handle 15,000 vehicles per year.
