Helen Price, General Manager at Mazda Gloucester, has had her hard work recognised at the 2020 AM Awards, by winning the 2020 General Manager/Dealer Principle of the year award. Helen’s excellent leadership has also lead to Johnsons Mazda Gloucester ranking well in the latest SM Best UK Dealerships to work for.
This isn’t the only award that Johnsons Mazda Gloucester and Helen Price have been recognised for. In 2018, Helen was also presented with the ‘Outstanding Management Award’ by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) in 2019
Johnsons Mazda Gloucester opened less than 2 years ago as a temporary site with a mobile office and Helen Price has managed it from the beginning. She now leads a team of over 20 people at the purpose built facility. Anyone who has ever visited Johnsons Mazda Gloucester will see that Helen’s outstanding commitment to the Mazda brand and Customer Service is reflected throughout the entire team.
Helen Price has commented: “We are constantly monitoring what is working and what isn’t, and which avenues customers come into the dealership from. This is a business we will work at to improve what we already do”
This passion and leadership from Helen Price, has contributed to the dealership performing well above industry average on sales and customer service. This is quite a remarkable achievement considering the dealership is less than 2 years old.
