Avensis and Auris feature Toyota Touch 2 multimedia system
Customers have been enjoying the elegant and dynamic style of the Avensis, thanks to its luxurious build inside and out and the precision chassis and steering engineering, making the driving experience a pleasure. The CO2 performance has improved across the range of powertrains, including the new 1.6 and 2.0-litre Euro 6-compliant diesels, performance that attracts remarkable tax benefits and several other European markets, reinforcing the car’s cost of ownership profile.
Toyota Touch 2 with three year’s map and connectivity updates
The Toyota Touch 2 multimedia system was unveiled at this year’s Geneva motor show, with great upgrades and specifications. The centrally-mounted seven-inch touchscreen offers a new design for the menu pages for accessing the system’s functions and, where the Toyota Touch 2 with Go is installed, for satellite navigation operation. The technology is now standard for both Auris and Avensis, with three years of free map updates and connection to online services. You can navigate from fuel prices, weather and parking to traffic conditions and programmed routes. The driver can also have access to social media apps such as Google Search, Google Streetview, Aupeo! , Aha and Twitter.
Auris Hybrid
The vehicle’s driving appeal has been increased with powertrain retuning that delivers an improved, natural driving experience with no compromise in the cars’ highly efficient performance. Toyota’s engineers have also created a more linear acceleration feel as the driver applies the throttle.
New colours
Platinum Bronze metallic has been introduced for Avensis and Auris as an option and customers can also opt for a new Solid Blue for Auris.

Unless we consider it to be inappropriate given your personal circumstances, for certain vehicles e.g. New, our approach is to introduce you to the lender who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account interest rates, residual valuations (where applicable) and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, or the vehicle is not one that we would normally place with them we will introduce you to other lenders on our panel. The lender we introduce you to and available rates will depend upon a number of factors including: the vehicle, your personal circumstances and the likelihood of a lender to accept an application based on information provided.
Lenders typically pay a commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions; some lenders may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you would like to know the amount of any remuneration we have received from the finance provider, please ask us.
