Fiat 500 Star Rockstar Lifestyle

Fiat announces range-topping 500 Star and Rockstar editions

At Johnsons Cars we were excited to hear about the addition of two new flagship models to the Fiat 500 range. Going straight to the top of the tree, the Star and Rockstar models boast a fresh colour palette, extended interior customisation options and more tech as standard. Ready for the summer, both variants are available to order now, with the Star version starting at £15,395 (£18,045 for a 500C convertible) and the Rockstar model costing £15,56 (with the convertible starting at £18,215).

Both models are available in hatchback and convertible format, and you have the choice between two petrol engine options: a 67bhp 1.2-litre four-cylinder unit and an 84bhp 0.9-litre TwinAir two-cylinder unit. Both engines come with either a five-speed manual gearbox or an automatic gearbox – the choice is yours!

The new Fiat Star and Rockstar also boast a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, complete with support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, allowing you to control your smartphone using the touchscreen. Fiat will also provide every new 500 owner with access to an exclusive hand-picked playlist, called ‘120 years of songs’, which marks the Italian giant’s 120th anniversary.

The Star shines bright

The new Fiat 500 Star comes with chrome details, 16-inch alloy wheels and a fixed glass roof as standard. There’s also a generous paint palette of nine body colours, which includes Avantgarde Bordeaux, Epic Blue and a new metallic Powder Pin – which we think will perfectly complement the chrome details.

If you’re a fan of customisation and choosing your favourite colours, you won’t be disappointed when you step inside the 500 Star, where you are treated to a choice of two upholstery colour combinations, white sand/black and Matelasse with techno-leather detailing, plus a choice of dashboard colours: matt white or matt Bordeaux. Both upholstery trims feature the 500 logo embroidered into the backrests.

Feel like a Rockstar

Meanwhile, the new Fiat 500 Rockstar gets upgraded bumpers and side sills from the Sport trim level model, with satin chrome bodywork accents, a fixed glass roof and 16-inch alloy wheels to boot. It also boasts the option of a new matte Portofino Green paint finish and pinstriped upholstery.

It also comes with two new dashboard colours (different shades from the Star) – matt green with grey details or satin graphite with blue – and a further nine paint colour options, including a new matte green, Electronica Blue and Pasadoble Red.
