Prior to being released onto our forecourt for sale, every TOYOTA PLUS Approved Used hybrid undergoes a rigorous inspection to complete an approved checklist. These tests are all carried out by our manufacturer-trained technicians to ensure they are being completed to the highest of standards. If it is deemed that any work is necessary to make the vehicle fit for sale, this will be carried out to ensure you’re getting the finest vehicle to meet all of your driving needs.
To support this, all of the major components of your car are included in the 12-month Toyota Warranty, or an equivalent level of cover. This includes: unlimited mileage cover, warranty repair work, Toyota Roadside Assistance membership, with full European cover, MOT test cover and car hire complete with onward travel expenses in case of a breakdown.
Above, we touched on the roadside assistance available with TOYOTA PLUS – this actually includes 12 months’ AA Roadside Assistance or an equivalent level of cover to ensure you can get to your destination as comfortably as possible. Don’t worry if you have trouble starting up one morning – you can make the most of Homestart, and in the unfortunate case of a breakdown you’ll be covered for collection and transportation to your local centre.
All Toyota owners can join MyToyota free of charge; this is an engaging way of managing your car ownership and easily informs you of everything you need to know. No longer will you have to rely on sticking a note to your fridge to remember when your next MOT is due – MyToyota will do it for you! It will also keep the maintenance history of your car in one easy-to-access place, making life easier than ever before.
Should you have reasonable cause not to be completely satisfied with your Approved Used hybrid, you can return it within 30 days, as long as it’s not covered more than 500 miles since its collection/delivery. Once returned, you can exchange it for another model of at least an equal value, exclusive of any accessories.

We do not charge you a fee for our services. we will typically receive commission from whichever lender we introduce you to (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow).
Unless we consider it to be inappropriate given your personal circumstances, for certain vehicles e.g. New, our approach is to introduce you to the lender who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account interest rates, residual valuations (where applicable) and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, or the vehicle is not one that we would normally place with them we will introduce you to other lenders on our panel. The lender we introduce you to and available rates will depend upon a number of factors including: the vehicle, your personal circumstances and the likelihood of a lender to accept an application based on information provided.
Lenders typically pay a commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions; some lenders may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you would like to know the amount of any remuneration we have received from the finance provider, please ask us.
