Customer service hits new high at Johnsons Mazda

Motability customers in Solihull can be assured of receiving award-winning customer service at Johnsons Mazda after the Highlands Road dealership won a regional award for its work with the Motability Car Scheme.

Johnsons Mazda Solihull was identified by Motability Operations for its work with the Motability Car Scheme. The dealership was commended for its outstanding personal approach to looking after customers and delivering high-quality reliable cars to local residents. The dedicated sales team at Johnsons Mazda were recognised for providing excellent advice, recommendations and finance information to help Motability customers find their perfect Mazda vehicle across the stylish range.

The Dealer Awards programme is designed to reward best practice and ensure all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across the Motability Scheme’s national dealer network. The awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the scheme to its customers and are assessed by customer feedback and reviews on the dealer’s performance. All quarterly winners are automatically entered into the national awards, which are held annually.

Mazda’s Motability Scheme offers people who receive the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS) a brand-new car every three years. Those who receive the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment or the Armed Forces Independence Payment can also exchange their weekly payment to lease a new car through the Motability Scheme. Insurance, servicing, RAC breakdown assistance and replacement tyres are included in the cost of the lease.
