Lots of new tech
The new Ibiza comes with Keyless Entry System, ensuring that you never need to reach for your keys. Inside, a six-speaker BeatsAudio system is now included, pumping out your favourite tunes in 300-watt-amplified style. You can now charge your smartphone by placing it in SEAT’s included connectivity box, without the need to attach fiddly cables. An eight-inch glass display screen is also featured, affording access to an integrated navigation system with Full Link technology. This also enables you to safely access your smartphone via Android Auto, Apple CarPlay or MirrorLink.
Even safer than before
The previous Ibiza received a ringing endorsement from crash-test specialists, Euro NCAP, who awarded it a maximum five-star rating. There is no reason to expect anything less with the new Ibiza, which comes with new safety tech to make the car as secure as possible. New features include Adaptive Cruise Control and Tiredness Recognition System, and each grade now also features front and rear parking sensors, a rear-view camera and six airbags.
Designed to impress
The new Ibiza boasts a sturdily constructed cabin which is furnished with easy-on-the-eye fittings, such as a dashboard whose hue matches the colour you choose for the vehicle’s body. In fact, along with the centre console, the dashboard has been completely redesigned.
The interior also benefits from chrome finishes and smart contrast stitching detail that adorns, for example, the steering wheel. Overall, there is a simple, uncluttered aesthetic to the cabin, with all essential controls and switches intuitively fashioned and easy to locate.
