Volvo V60 scores hat trick at Scottish Car of the Year Awards

Volvo have won Estate Car of the Year in the 208 Scottish Car of the Year Awards with their impressive new V60 model.

This win sees the Swedish manufacturer take home this victory for the third year running – last year the V90 Cross Country was crowned and 2016 saw the V90 walk away with the title. These victories show just how beneficial and reliable these Volvo models truly are.

The newest premium model was presented this prestigious award by the Association of Scottish Motoring Writers. Jon Wakefield, Volvo Car UK Managing Director, said: "We're proud of our estate car heritage at Volvo, and it's especially rewarding to see our new V60 carrying on the great track record we've enjoyed at the Scottish Car of the Year Awards. Its success in winning this title – and a clutch of others since its launch earlier this year – shows how we are committed, as a brand, to keeping the estate car concept relevant and appealing to today's customers, through attractive design, useful technology and built-in practicality."

It’s clear that the new V60 truly epitomises the renaissance of the Volvo brand – its clean and sophisticated styling can be seen both inside and out to give this model an outlook on luxury that is unmatched by other models in its class.

Not only this, but its advanced nature means that it comes with an intuitive Sensus connectivity package and comprehensive suite of outstanding safety features as standard; so no matter where the journey may take you, you’ll be able to enjoy it without worry.
