The Fiat 500 is propelled by mild-hybrid technology – but what does this mean? Well, a 1.0-litre 69bhp petrol engine is assisted by a 12-volt lithium battery, which delivers enhanced acceleration, and recharges whenever deceleration or braking occurs. What’s more, a mild-hybrid drivetrain allows the car to return up to 61.4mpg (while producing CO2 emissions from 114g/km), resulting in fewer trips to the petrol station.
An effortless performer
You have a choice of five engines to power your Fiat 500; four petrol units and a MultiJet diesel. The 500 offers a fun and engaging driving experience, with lively acceleration and nimble cornering ability. The 0.9-litre TwinAir engine offers the fastest performance, with a 0-60mph time of less than ten seconds. All units except the 1.2-litre petrol emit less than 100g/km of CO2 and the diesel unit achieves returns of up to 83.1mpg.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned.
