Contact Centre Advisor

We are looking for an Inbound and Outbound advisors to join our team at our contact centre located in Redditch. Previous contact centre experience not required (although would be beneficial) Full training will be provided. Customer service experience is preferred.

This role would suit an outgoing personality with an excellent telephone manner and drive to achieve and excel targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving/making telephone calls
  • Secure bookings for service, MOT and/or repairs
  • Be knowledgeable about the services available
  • Maximise every upsell opportunity
  • Deliver the very highest levels of customer service

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Outgoing personality
  • Motivated individual

Desireable requirements:

  • Call centre experience
  • Customer service experience

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organised.

This is a fulltime position with 23 days paid annual leave, raising to 25 with longevity of service.

Salary £21,000. OTE £24,000 (UNCAPPED BONUS)
