We require a Fleet Account Manager/Administrator for our Toyota & Lexus dealership in Liverpool
Roles and responsibilities;
Registration of new vehicles and invoicing
Working to SLA levels
This is an office-based role. You will be spending your days communicating with customers and lease companies via telephone, email and bespoke online systems. This position is part sales based and part administration as you will have a part in the customers journey from initial quotation, through ordering and update on progress right the way until a customer’s vehicle is ready for delivery.
The Ideal candidate will:
Be self-motivated to achieve results as part of a team but also able to think for themselves, possess excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
Although training will be given in all systems, great IT skills would be a key advantage.
Motor trade experience is not essential, but a basic knowledge of vehicle makes and models would be a good start. This role would suit someone with experience in dealing with customers on a daily basis whether it be in a sales, administration or customer service setting.
