We require a Product Specialist of the highest calibre to join our busy Sales department at our Volvo Dealership in Solihull. We offer a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate an aptitude to learn and a keenness to develop a rewarding career within the Automotive industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with specific and relevant information about new and used Volvo Cars, accessories and merchandise.
• Planning, managing and execution of product presentations to customers; new and used cars.
• Support the planning, managing and delivery of test drives alongside the Sales team
• Offer additional product insight within the test drive and customer appointments
• Manage retailer product display and accessories merchandising
• Planning, managing and delivering customer handovers for new and used cars.
• Maintaining retailer point of sale materials for the Volvo range
• Researching key competitor product information and sharing this knowledge within the sales department.
• Supporting the sales manager to maintain a strong retailer online product display for new and used cars.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organised. You must possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.

We are looking for someone to deliver the following hours:

Hours will be 8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8.30 to 6pm with a day off in the week.

This role is a permanent position so include a range of company benefits including 20 days paid annual leave (rising to 25 days with longevity of service).
