A Service Plan from Volkswagen is a payment plan that combines the cost of a certain number of scheduled services into one lump sum, providing you with the chance to pay monthly or upfront, avoiding larger payments when services are due.
We even have a plan to help you spread the cost of your MOT, Warranty and Roadside Assistance. We have a range of Service Plans available, for new and used cars, whether they are petrol or diesel, electric or hybrid.
We have a variety of plans depending on age and engine type. What’s included can vary depending on this. In general, our experts will inspect your car and ensure all its important components are in good working order, and they will highlight any additional necessary work to you. Depending on what engine type you have, we will drain the oil and replace filters or will inspect charging cables and battery health. One of our plans also includes MOT, Warranty and Roadside Assistance.

With a Standard Plan, your vehicle receives the recommended service from Volkswagen and highlights any extra work needed to keep it running at its best.

The Standard Plan is available for our Fixed or Flexible Service regime and will expire when your last service has been used.

Additional items identified during the service or MOT due to wear and tear, and any other items that are required a mileage or time interval.
The Plus Plan ensures your vehicle gets the recommended service from Volkswagen plus a few extra items that older cars may need to keep it running at its best.

Regular servicing is essential, even for electric cars. While they have fewer moving parts, components like the battery, charging cables, brakes, and software systems still require routine checks to ensure optimal performance so you can rest assured that your car can go the distance.

This plan is not suitable for Petrol, Diesel and Hybrid engines and is not available for ID models.
What is a Battery State of Health Check?
In just 30 minutes during your Inspection Service, we assess your battery’s current capacity compared to when it was new—much like monitoring a smartphone’s battery over time. You’ll receive a certificate confirming your battery is performing above 70%. If it’s below, we’ll carry out a detailed diagnostic at no extra cost. And with Volkswagen’s 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty, you’re covered for any necessary repairs or replacements if capacity drops below 70%. Plus Plan tyre replacements
Electric vehicles can be more demanding on the tyres than petrol or diesel models, so the Plus Plan offers two tyre replacements, on a like-for-like basis (same brand and type, subject to availability). Replacements can be arranged at a UK Authorised Repairer during workshop hours.
